Eligibility & Educational Qualification
The qualifications vary by post. Below are the essential qualifications for each Specialist Officer role:
- IT Officer:
- 4-year Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent, OR
- Post Graduate degree in Electronics/Computer Science/IT, OR
- Graduate with DOEACC 'B' Level certification.
- Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, etc.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level OR Postgraduate in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects at graduation.
- Law Officer: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council.
- HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate with 2 years full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer: Graduate with 2 years full-time MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM in Marketing specialization.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed in Scale I, with the following pay structure:
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
- Allowances include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance, and other perquisites as per bank rules.
Selection Process
The selection will occur in three phases:

- Main Online Examination
- Interview
Final merit will be prepared based on the combined scores of Mains and Interview.
